Cancellation Policy

Lesson Booking Terms and Conditions As a private drum teacher, I strive to provide a consistent and reliable learning experience for all my students. To ensure smooth scheduling and effective time management, the following booking and cancellation policy is in place: Booking Sessions: All drum lesson sessions must be booked in advance through my online booking system or by direct arrangement with me. Students are encouraged to book their lesson sessions well in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of drum lesson sessions are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without any penalty. For cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee equivalent to cost of the lesson session will be charged. This also applies to no-shows. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, exceptions to this policy may be considered at my discretion. Communication of Changes: Any changes to scheduled lesson sessions, including cancellations or rescheduling, must be communicated to me directly via phone, email, text, FB messenger or my website portal. Students are requested to provide as much advance notice as possible for any changes to their lesson sessions to facilitate smooth scheduling adjustments. Payment Policy: Payment for lesson sessions can be made at time of booking or in person at the beginning of each session, as per the agreed-upon payment arrangement. Failure to make timely payments may result in any further lessons being placed on hold until outstanding payments are settled. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances. However, such exceptions are granted at my discretion and may require documentation or proof of the circumstances. Policy Acknowledgment: By scheduling a lesson session with me, students acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this booking and cancellation policy. Students / Parents / Carers are encouraged to ask any questions or seek clarification regarding the policy before scheduling lesson sessions. This booking and cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent agreement between myself (as a sole trading business) and the students.
